Age Requirements
We welcome drivers of all ages, starting from 18 years old, with no age limits. Enjoy flexible payments: we accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and smartphone payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Driver’s Age
In contrast with all other rental companies, Corfu Uno does not have age limits. You can rent a car from us as long as you have a valid drivers license from 18 years old. Because we are a company that has all our cars under special insurance for young and senior drivers.
Driver’s License Requirements
We accept all valid driver’s licenses, including:
•Licenses issued in any country.
•Licenses that have been valid for less than a month.
Simply bring your driver’s license with you and ID or your Passport – no additional paperwork needed!
Reservations
All reservations are based on vehicle groups and not on a certain car model. We try to assign to each reservation the chosen car model, but in case of no availability of the chosen model, our company reserves the right to offer to the customer a similar model. The similar model will be a vehicle that will belong in the same group – category with the chosen model. Also, our company reserves the right to offer to the customer a model of bigger group – category with no extra charge (free upgrade)
Minimum Rental Period
The minimun rental period is 1 day. For booking period extension, the renter must contact SLUTA LETA to renew the contract and to be informed for the extra charges that will aply. If the vehicle is returned later from the agreed time extra charges will be applied. If drop – off is delayed you will be charged at 1/5 of the agreed daily rate.
Traffic & Parking Fines
The renter is liable for the payment of all traffic fines and appended administrative sanctions that may result from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period.
Please bear in mind that you shall be liable for the redemption of whatever penalties (illegal parking, speed-limit violations ea.) the traffic police of the Island of Corfu may impute with respect to the rented car you are driving, throughout the car rental term of your contract.
Deposit
No Deposit is required.

Fuel Policy
The renter has to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as delivered.
Fuel used during the renting period is covered by the renter.
If the car is returned with less fuel than upon delivery, the renter will be charged the difference.
If the car is returned with more fuel than delivered, NO refund is given.
Unlimited mileage on the island is included. If the car is driven outside the island, there will be a charge per kilometre driven.
Baby, Child & Booster Seats
We offer 3 different types of child seats to cover the various age groups.
Baby Seat (0 – 2 years)
Child Seat (2 – 5 years)
Booster Seat (5 – 10 years)
The child seats are available upon request.
The installation is customers exclusive responsibility.
Insurance Exemptions
– If you have not been added to the rental agreement as an additional driver.
– Interior damages.
– Loss or Detriment of the vehicle’s child seats, jack, safety triangle, spare wheel, petrol cap.
– Theft due to keys being left in the vehicle (negligence).
– Engine damage by wrong fuel
– Loss of Keys or stolen
– Detriment that caused willfully or recklessly by the renter e.g. (burning out the clutch, burning out the tires, sitting or standing on the bonnet, or the roof or the boot lid of the vehicle.
– The driver was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
– Damages due to inappropriate driving or negligence.
– Driving off-road.
After Hour Delivery & Collection of Vehicles
Free of Charge at Corfu International Airport & Corfu Port from 08.00 until 22.00.
After these hours there is an overnight fee of 25 EUR.
Deliveries after these hours are charged.
Deliveries to all other locations are charged.
Delivery Instructions
PLEASE NOTE – Pay on arrival bookings must notify us
if they are delayed for any reason and will not be able to make the agreed pick up time,
otherwise the car will only be held for 45 minutes.
Corfu Airport: If your booking is from the Corfu Airport, our colleague will send you text to your WhatsApp, to inform you with which car, we’ll come to pick you outside from arrivals (Terminal A Area). If you choose walk-in, our new office is 500 m. distance from Corfu airport.
Gouvia Marina and Corfu Port: We will deliver your car direct to you at the time requested. Please make sure we can contact you via mobile phone. (WhatsApp, Viber & Telegram)
Hotels and villas: We will deliver your car direct to you at the time requested. Please make sure we can contact you via mobile phone. (WhatsApp, Viber & Telegram)
Availability
Car models follow the original planning. Issues in delivery services may lead us to supply another vehicle from the originally selected in some cases. Above all, terms & conditions include: in case of breakdown the company is obliged to replace the vehicle within 24hrs.
Method of Payment
1. Payment at the time of booking: Pay by credit card and PayPal (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro). AMERICAN EXPRESS is not accepted.
2. Payment upon the arrival: Pay by cash and by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro). AMERICAN EXPRESS is not accepted.
Third Party Insurance
Terms & conditions include: The Coverage of all Sluta Leta Vehicles regarding damages against third parties is in all Contract Prices as it is mandatory by the Greek Law.
Collision Damage Waiver ( CDW )
With this insurance in case of damage the renter’s liability limits to an excess amount.
All those details can be seen detailed on the 3rd step on the reservation form
Premium Insurance Package
1) Personal Accident Insurance is included in the Full Protection can be obtained covering driver’s medical expenses resulting from an accident with the rented vehicle and for the loss of life or total partial permanent disablement
2) Glass Parts & Tire Protection is included in the Full Protection
3) Theft & Fire Protection is included in the Full Protection. and with this insurance, you are fully covered in case of fire or theft. This insurance doesn’t cover if the theft occurred because of negligence (e.g. keys left either in the ignition or inside the vehicle). This insurance also doesn’t cover theft of personal belongings.
4) Super Collision Damage Waiver is an optional service which, if accepted, reduces the renter’s financial responsibility in case of total theft of the united vehicle removes the excess to 100 – 300 (depends on the car group)

All cars are fully checked and serviced.
Cars are cleaned and disinfected.
24-hour road assistance.
Free 24-hour emergency / helpline.
In case of breakdown, the company is obliged to replace the vehicle within 24hrs.
Cancellation Policy
If the renter does not pick up the vehicle at the agreed day and time, without prior written notice at info.corfuslutaleta@gmail.com the reservation will be cancelled after 3 hours. In this case, the renter charged one-day rental. This term does not apply for flight delays or ship delays.
Please note that if a customer returns the rental car before the scheduled end of their booking, there will be no refund or reimbursement for the remaining rental period. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Ferrying Vehicle Policy
All of our vehicles are not permitted to leave Corfu Island to travel to another part of Greece without prior written authorization from Sluta Leta. Most importantly, if the car is taken anywhere other than Corfu Island, the vehicle is not covered by insurance or road assistance. In conclusion you need to pay the extra fee to be covered and take the vehicle outside of Corfu island.
Pets – Animals
Pets and Animals are not allowed in our vehicles without transport equipment.
If you require to carry your pet please contact us in advance.
Changes to terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change / update our terms and conditions without notice
Corfu Sluta Leta Rentals will not be responsible for anyone driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving off road, or driving without care and attention. For any damage or accident to the vehicle, without the presence of the Police Report, none of these are covered from the Insurance.
